Just from my observation, I thought things got much more professional, in the months leading up to the merger, as far as the public image of the company was concerned and dealing with the public and such, once David came onboard. Especially compared to those days back in 2018, where they released those ridiculous hyped up PRs, also the old website which was a disaster filled with typos and such.
But then after the shipment got seized at N'djili, the OSC charges against Grant, the ministers fraud charges, the suspension, etc, etc......there is only so much damage control a person can do, being a PR person for Instadose is a Sisyphean task to say the least.....lol.
