And to add a little more pink color here… I believe that it was melanoma that first put Opdivo (or Keytruda?) on the map. And melanoma (as I recall) is a much more mutated cancer than others; and I think that’s an important reason why CIs were initially considered successful… perhaps because they got their start with a much more mutated cancer type?
