With a billion shares outstanding, I don’t subscribe to the “holding it down” theory.

I’m in M&A and the valuation will data driven regardless if the stock is $.68 or $6.80. Approval will be the catalyst for the number of patients that can be treated multiplied by the average net revenue per patient less expenses. That number will be extrapolated and whoever wants to make that money with a patent-proof, approved drug will pay a premium.

I’m more concerned with all these friggin dog and pony shows that yield nothing! Get the journal done and release data. If they can’t, they shouldn’t be doing presentations and allowing the likes of AF to make lies with impunity while the company does nothing to protest their shareholders.

Case in point: on May 10, LP KNEW the endpoints were changed online and gave AF a golden ticket to manipulate the trial results and claim failure on the old endpoints. I don’t blame AF: he’s a piece of garbage. I blame LP because she should
KNOW he’s a piece of garbage and gave him the plausible deniability he needed claim failure! Not an effing peep from the company since to refute it so what are people to think? They think he’s correct.

People can debate it but the psychology isn’t lending any strength to this stock.
