Your info on Tom and CBDL are correct. But there's yet another ticker, FBCD, that Tom and his wife recently acquired from Carey Cooley. The business is a "fashion brand" with a strip mall store location. Also NFT's, is the story. At any rate, the business is your typical pink sheet "on paper" spew. They've just maneuvered to increase the A/S to 40,000,000,000 shares. I guess they have some bills. All the holders of the shell previous to Tom's acquisition lost essentially everything. Tom and wife are both slimy.
I don't know why ENZC, if they're indeed wanting to appear legitimate, wouldn't vet these things before associating the company. That itself makes one scratch his head as to what the real deal is.
