This happened to another stock I owned at the time, EXROF.
Seeking Alpha put out a similar article that caused the stock to fall from $5 to $1.

Xena, sorry you missed the ASM. I completely agree that the premise of the Kerrisdale article was directly saying that Dr. Michael A Lebby is, and for the last five years, has been carefully lying to the shareholders. Not only Lebby, but numerous individuals with the highest credentials that anybody can achieve honestly! These guys are known throughout the world because of their accomplishments.

One can chose to believe Lebby et al, or believe the lowest of the low Kerrisdale Capital. It’s the resume versus the rap sheet.

Not true, what this Guys saying on that article are totaly false information and not accurate and up-to-date information. LWLG has fired that guy in the company, i forgot his name, that whas responsible for the solution of the polimer, and Dr.Lebby has find the problem and fix it. That's not what this office in Miami telling us in that article and that's why it's false and not up-to-date information for one reason...steel shares from shareholders. I have read yesterday a newsletter about the short attack on my mailbox about a big investor on LWLG with 500K shares and hey explane exacly what's going on and who whas responsible for that attack and why.

So, nothing change here, the company working hard on that 7 different things and will release it when it done.
