They have to be told by analysts and brokerage houses. Then it will mean something to investors. This is where management has failed and past mistakes make analysts stay away. Instead of doing deals with partners and reputable brokerage houses we have used vultures because management wanted to have a choke hold on control. Not sure where this ends up but if you are valuing a platform for all solid tumors this is too cheap. If you are just looking at GBM that is a totally different discussion on value.
