I don't see what's all the fuss over a name. If ILUS is as good as we believe, a name on a website is a small hurdle. They can just change the name to ILUS WORLDWIDE RESCUE PEOPLE for all we care. If the fundamentals are sound and work, the name is a small matter A rose by any other name, still smells the same (stink or sweet is up to you).
