GS is once again lying about a good company to benefit himself. He is trying to say they were a scam all along and did not have the name. BUT the thing is GS Ilus Intenational Inc and the real ILUS registered ILUS INTERNATIONAL, INC note GS did not put in the comma That is all the difference is. So legally he could register the name but it is just one of his cons. I bet he is buying ILUS as much as he can right now then when this blows over he will sell I bet he has to raise money somehow to pay for all the legal issues

As far as any Bret Rosen stuff I think it is just a personal matter and does not have anything to do with ILUS Rosen is just a lender not management. But lenders do lend funds to companies they think are a good investments
