because neither good PR, good TLD, a journal, a financing will change anything the market has already proven that. Whether it is fair is irrelevant .. all the chances are wasted and the only thing that can get the price up is profit and maybe an approval. Not even a partnership will mean much to SP as it will happen at a too low valuation

Because just a few key employees would have the information and if they decide to profit on this before the public it would be illegal trading.

Only Linda Powers would have the knowledge about a potential buyout.
