Yes after I posted that comment I made I figured you would come back with the point you have made. Granted they put you in a rather negative position with the declaration the BCSC made .The sufferance and loss can be attributed to the position taken by the BCSC. Still with all the bluster of your claims titles it is rather surprising that the BCSC and the judges tribunal felt comfortable enough to have proceeded with their ruling against MSX????
