If its something new, never been posted before anywhere, its an update. If its been posted somewhere else, than just showing it here, not as some new update like its never been posted before somewhere. We look at it differently, that's all. I just don't consider a main page web site with same contents for years that did not change, that in my opinion most shareholders would have visited as soon as they learned the name of the tech company was Gesturetek to be an update here or anywhere. Are you telling me you did not go look at the web site, main page before, when learned it was Gesturetek ? There has been so many posts of copy and past from the web site. I think I have seen this posted here before anyway.

You can have your version. I can have mine. We can leave it at that. There is no right or wrong.

We are Just repeating the same things. This is the way I look at it. The DD on the Bankruptcy search revealed something that was not posted or known anywhere. I consider that new information being shared. You can call it an update. I consider the posting of the main page of GT web site as not an update on the contents of the page, it did not change. Had it changed then yes I would be calling it an update. If I wanted to post the contents or parts of them, from the main page here, I would post and say in case any did not visit the site, this is what is stated on the main page.

You on the other hand say it's an update here by the simple act of disclosing what it says on their home web page because you say it was not done here before. I think it might have been, but regardless some like TB and we can assume who else, will see it your way and others will see it the way I do.

TD gave his opinion. I gave mine. You gave yours. We don't need to repeat the same things again I believe, and can just leave it that way.

Lastly on the complaint about repetitive talk on Court docs, I did some research and it's tiny compared to the talk spamming, promoting of links, articles of GestureTek. No comparison. Also one reason it's been repetitive recently is because of the insisted opinion that there might be some manipulation, photo shopping, whatever can be dreamt up.

I think even you know the score there, just as I do when you or someone else brings up WB being a scam. Each and every time I say in my opinion, it's not a scam. I can and will try to be independent and try to call things the way I believe they should.
