"Lastly on the complaint about repetitive talk on Court docs, I did some research and it's tiny compared to the talk spamming, promoting of links, articles of GestureTek. No comparison. Also one reason it's been repetitive recently is because of the insisted opinion that there might be some manipulation, photo shopping, whatever can be dreamt up."

We need some perspective here. Court document=one time static submission done and over....no need to repeat or 'update', or even speculate on.
Conversely, GestureTek has a huge diversity of products and technology with a limitless horizon of new products, discoveries and so on, therefore it will be the norm to have many fresh posts announcing each item. We have only recently been made aware of the secret company that 'started with a G' being GestureTek so ANY information, no matter how old, is NEW to us and there is a LOT of information to be learned.
Also because WNBD and GestureTek are now symbiotic business-wise it is NOT SPAMMING to promote or update either one. To suggest it is SPAM is erroneous and unacceptable.

" I consider the posting of the main page of GT web site as not an update on the contents of the page, it did not change. "

In order for anyone to state that something has not changed indicates that the individual must be intimately familiar with the name GestureTek and not just the company that starts with 'G'. Websites are amended, refreshed, added to etc regularly, so how can one say there was no change unless they have been following that company and their main page for a VERY LONG TIME.
Please explain how you were able to make that determination.
Thanks in advance, TB

Satter –

IMHO, it’s very import that potential investors are aware of the facts of the GT bankruptcy, Pearlman v. Lehner, Beaufort Capital and unpaid loans to lenders/shareholders. The 3 court cases and 1 dropped court case in NY that you brought to light are facts that can’t be covered-up with the passage of time or company FUD. They call the CEO's integrity into question. I’ll continue to post about all of them and the "FACT" that the CEO doesn't repay loans.

Most know the difference between “WNBD FUD” and “REAL FACTS” when they see it. They just have a hard time admitting that their DD is as factual as your DD!

Do you believe most would still invest in WNBD if they knew the facts of all three court cases prior to originally investing? They’re doing all that they can here to discredit your findings.

Please continue to post the true DD and even the opinions that you post – they’re enlightening and informative.

Enjoy the long weekend!
