Yes I can see where a 1 :5 RS would get us to
that sweet spot of $3 for the AMEX.
We just need our valuations verified by current filings
and it's possible to file with AMEX and get uplisted
that way instead of through the OTC.
From what I read.

I think I figured roughly .67 with those contract numbers
so you're right the 1 : 5 RS would get us over $3.00.

American Stock Exchange (AMEX)
Regular Financial Guidelines: The American Stock Exchange requires pre-tax income of $750,000 for most recent fiscal year or two out of the most three recent fiscal years, a market value of public float of $3 million, an initial minimum bid price of $3 and stockholder's equity of $4 million. There are no operating history requirements under the regular financial guidelines.
Alternate Financial Guidelines: The American Stock Exchange also permits listing under its Alternate Financial Guidelines, provided a company has a market value of public float of $15 million, an initial minimum bid price of $3 and stockholder's equity of $4 million. The company must have a three-year operating history under this guideline, but there are no pre-tax income requirements.

With all the silence the company has had there may be
more gas in the tank that we do not know about yet. I for
one was blown away by the forecasted revenues.

Maybe there is more than we know..

Wishful thinking but hey why not!

That's why I wouldn't rule out another revenue source
from Redhawk that could minimize the ratio of the RS.

The Evaluation of the companies worth is what matters. What is a company worth that has $1 billion in contracted revenue. Nothing more the a good faith promise. Contracted revenue is great if you’re trying to put together a Business projection or an application for a loan. But for the valuation of a company, it holds no wait or bearing ,you need realized revenue. Is this a contract to a distribution company. A company contracted to distribute products that have not been sold yet but when sold their contracted to distribute to the vendor. $1 billion of revenue under contract for distribution or for purchase // sale. I think basically we have a contract for a delivery mechanism to the buyers of the product. I think we’re all getting a little carried away.
