Could Blackrock, State Street or Vanguard be putting the breaks on our ability to move forward?

These three are the largest passive investment vehicle operators. They are the Top 3 holders (or at least among the top 5) of most non-penny stocks. Based on the fact that they have not opted to use their vote power to remove a weak board or to match CEO compensation with performance they don't seem to care what AVXL does.

The evil tripoly has their hands in everything. Maybe they are also putting the 'breaks' on the ability of Hormel (HRL) to come out with a new type of Chili. Or Caterpillar to move forward with the design of a new combine.
