I still don't see how mloan was a brilliant acquisition. Buying a company that does nothing close to the same thing as the company you run seems idiotic at best. It really seems like it was a money laundering scheme to line his pockets and not have it on the books that he sold shares or diluted directly to do it.
If there's some proof that M-Loan actually has make a profit, then sure, it could be a good thing, since then at least part of the business will actually have made money, unlike the hardware they are supposed to be pros at
