Could be a divi gold mine.
A good divi play needs future security in revenues.

30% is awesome. These climb into the divi record date then pull back hard after the Ex dates.

I’m not buying anything till June 10th.
But this one I’d rather own then any tech play
Oil and food is where it’s at.

SSSS is paying 70% on a $7 stock. $5 divi a year. But will it continue.

LPG is a killer play if you can work your base of shares as low as you can over time.,
I’d love to build it.
Still think TELL is the next LNG. Give me 10k of that and your looking at $million in 7+ years.,
