05:50 PM EDT, 07/10/2023 (MT Newswires) -- Dorian LPG(LPG) said it took the delivery of its third dual-fuel liquified petroleum gas carrier for long-term time charter.

The 2023-built Cristobal is "able to transit the old Panama Canal locks, reducing delays and costs compared to the new Panama Canal," the company said in a statement late Monday.

Further, the carrier has a "shaft generator, creating additional fuel savings," the company added.
