Form 10 doesn't come cheap. It seems like a legal way to pump and dump stock these days.

1. Take over a shell ticker.
2. Don't file. Purposely leave it fall to Expert Market.
3. Use a foreign broker to buy all at .0001 and .0002
4. Pretend delinquency was an accident and file after EM hit.
5. Dump all stock at 100% / 200% / 300% on Pink Current.

Repeat steps 1 to 5 as many times as it takes for self enrichment.

Seems like it was done purposely in the interim while ball is still in FINRAs court for splits.
