#97884 RE: wEaReLeGiOn #97883

Maybe next December I will take the tax loss, but until then why would I have my broker erase a position that could become valuable? Walk me through how exchanging something with potential value for a certain zero makes me better off, would ya? Is this what they call new math?

When I email Mark, he always seems to have a cogent and informed excuse for why things are taking so long. I am not saying I have a lot of hope, but I doubt you'll find many people following your suggestion of cancelling shares to take the zero. Not until tax time. But you certainly have the right to push your strategy, however many times you choose.

Sorry, but I didn't see this post at the time.

MIKP shares are worthless. If you, or anyone else who holds MIKP shares wants to have your broker "dismiss" them-- there is usually no charge.

If MIKP holders want to keep the fantasy alive, even though this is the ONLY FORUM ON PLANET EARTH that even talks about this scam, well that's nice =)

We good?

Is this actually trading for US investors?

I guess I could take a tax loss next fall, but what do you see as the advantage of paying a commission to get 1c or whatever at this point in time. Seems like an absurd strategy. I can't believe that is what the other poster was recommending.
