I agree that it does say that. It may be that statistically and scientifically they can conclude that if it is flawless for 3000 hours then it will also be flawless for 300 billion hours. I don't know the science or the statistics they use but it may be possible.
If so, then what is the holdup at this point? That's not a snide question. I'm really wanting to know. Stability was the issue I raised a couple of years ago when few here seemed to be talking about it. Now - if that is resolved - is there anything left that is holding back a simple pilot trial?
