gives credence to what I have repeatedly said here many times that LWLG likely had multiple "CONDITIONAL DEALS" already in place with Tier 1 companies for a long time now, and these deals had required certain milestones to successfully be completed before deal(s) finalization would occur, for example, achieving 1V "driverless" with commercial grade specs, etc.

So YES, this proves that it has been and continues to be DEAL TIME!
