GGW, I asked the same thing as well, as I had heard tours were given in the past. Since I'm flying out for my first ASM with LWLG, I wanted to make the most of my time. I, too, was given a "commercially sensitive" response, and tours are no longer given.

GreyGoose, if what Lightwave has is as proprietary and valuable as many of us believe, I am actually happy to hear they are hyper protective now of their pending commercially value material and lab (and deals). Indicates to me they are near "show time".
