As soon as Mr. Sharp’s attorneys “dot every i” & “cross every t”. You don’t rush trying to eliminate 93% of all the outstanding shares of $SRNW. You get only one shot at this; you proceed without haste. Then you submit the paperwork to the Courts.

Don’t be in a rush, you want it to be right the first time.
