If it had been released, they would not still be embargoed and they’d have 8-K’d it and PR’d the details, which they did not. They did not because the plan all along was publication and they as well as any press included are embargoed until publication. Adam apparently was not invited so he was not embargoed. Clear as day.
What you had was a clear cut example of a scientific presentation for a scientific audience. Period. The market was not educated except by a false column by Adam Feuerstein who prematurely attempted to spread a yarn about what was revealed to scientists without even apparently having been allowed to attend.
