Yep, I listened and at the most you can say is that F. Holmes mis-spoke.
Hardly grounds for claiming that he lied, unless of course one has a narrative that must be pushed at every opportunity.

Did you mis-speak here:

What an outright boldfaced lie. The NASDAQ does tell members how to run their companies. Give advice, orders, or offer suggestions. They only tell members the rules for staying listed.

Or do you actually believe NASDAQ is running publicly listed Companies.

My take from the web-cast is they had no choice but to reverse split, because bitcoin is in a bear market. It's called crypto-winter and you obviously haven't been through one before.
HIVE has made the correct move to sustain the Company through this Bear Market. They will be fine in the long term.
When the Market bottoms I will be loading the boat.
