Capt, I agree about the superlative piece of work that Marjac ( and North) have produced. I have to disagree that only standing stands in the way. There are scores of cases in front of the SC where standing is not a question but unfortunately the SC can only choice a tiny portion to hear.

Hopefully the fraud angle catches their attention.

Thank you, Captain. My reaction in the Petition to the standing issue, is not only is standing not an obstacle, but we actually have standing as a matter of law. I do agree with Rosemont's astute observation, that the small number of cases reviewed versus the large number of cases submitted, is our biggest obstacle. But also, as he said, hopefully the fraud on the court angle catches their attention.
