can you prove that Northwest submitted amended SAP with the FDA after the trial was unblinded? Northwest and MD's are saying they have not, do you have evidence of what you claim?

No I didn't think so.

Dr Liau has said that they have heard anything back from the FDA 2 months after submitting the amended SAP. That means that the FDA has NOT rejected the amended SAP.

Ex, curious why you think the SAP took place after unblinding. The SAP did come after the 2017/2018 interim blinded evaluation but I thought it was before the unblinding. Are you saying that the 2017 data caused the change in evaluation protocol?
Also which is the real SAP - the one on the European sites or the one on clinicaltrials.gov? They are different as in us only shows a single secondary endpoint vs several secondary point on European sites
