First we would have to prove a crime took place and as you said, it’d been a very long time. Despite different administrations being in power and turnover in personnel at the various regulatory and investigative agencies and multiple times when one could argue Mr. Feuerstein had gone out of his way to hurt NWBO (the Buzdar interview was in some ways worse as it frightened NWBO into never again attempting to defend the share price or get new retail investors) there have never been criminal charges.
As with all things NWBO maybe this time will be different but since even TLD was not TLD by name or by impact I would not hold my breath.
