Phil has been close to a major closing for over 40 years.

The last known major closing was an acquisition of a gold mine that was going to produce BILLIONs of dollars worth of gold from tailings in months after the transaction.

25 million paid in 2017, 4.5 years later, Phil financial filings as sorry as ever with no billions of gold reflected.

So just being close to a major closing isn’t good enough to rescue this turd.
