jasbg, I wasn't suggesting that they SHOULD be suing OTC products.
The question was asked if they had ever sued OmegaVia maker. I was just responding that they had.
Although, my guess is that their lawsuit is really more of a pre-emptive strike to let the rest of the industry know that they can't make false claims about fish oil by piggy-backing on labels of proprietary research and FDA-approved drugs.
Omegas are becoming the big buzzword in health & fitness, so a lot of companies are jumping on the bandwagon.
