Even the somewhat disappointing numbers (generic stealing from us) in the end if what you argue so well - holds water - this is way more important for the future of Amarin - than anything else that have happened since the fatal Nevada ruling Marts 2020 - more than 2 years ago.

Now we only need Marjac and North - aloud into SCOTUS - and this could end up being a year to remember :)

sstyles, agreed! As for connections between Alex Denner and new director/board chairman Per Wold-Olsen, note these:

Per Wold-Olsen was on the board of directors at Gilead from 2010-May 2021. "I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Per Wold-Olsen and Richard J. Whitley, MD, two long-standing directors who have made extraordinary contributions to Gilead’s growth and development and are departing this year." (from GILD 2021 Proxy Statement)

GILD is Sarissa Capital Management's 5th largest holding.

Biogen is Sarissa Capital Management's 3rd largest holding and Alex Denner is on their board of directors.

In a May 2020 interview part of "Podcast Series: On and Beyond the Frontlines of Covid-19" I found today (worth checking out), Per Wold-Olsen stated here at the 3:20 mark "If you look at pharma, biotech – to some extent I'm also involved with Biogen – but if you look at Biogen and Gilead the revenue base is hardly impacted at all and I think that is common for biotech and big pharma..."

sstyles, interesting that PWO joins amarin board in Jan. and at the same time Denner lightens up on his GILD position within the same qtr ending 3/31/22. Is it a coincidence that both are leaving GILD behind to join in the push for the reorganization of amarin. Let's see what the pro's do with the big V.
