This is the kind of my 90% instinct LONG. I just got 150K shares around $.4462 average.

Sell it ASAP:
- approved June 2020 ($75 -> 120) but no -significant - revenue yet
- 1-15 reverse split recently ($0.10 -> 1.50)
- huge loan from Baker Brothers with revenue covenant that more likely will not reached
- PIII (new indication) result app. by EOY 2022 no approval before EOY 2023

Several, additional dilution is coming ... after - at least one - additional reverse split. (They are in a delisting process, the recent RS did not solve the issue.)
