Here's one possible answer to "who was they seller" that Miro spoke of a couple of months back???
If you remember, they figured out who was selling all those shares, while the actual SS remained unchanged.
That seller said they would stop, if the SPQS bought out their business. Which SPQS declined after looking into that business.
(My own opinion was, probably a defunct company, worth nothing.)
Now I found this, which appears to match up with the SS memo just posted???
