It is very possible it's not "Democrats". It is well known that some of the large Tesla shareholders are extremely upset with Musk and one was even pushing for a share buyback. They know his actions have been hurting the stock. Now Musk is on twitter defending himself saying he spends only 5 percent of his time on the Twitter deal. He created his own mess .
