Yesterday I told this board 1.15BB of NEW free trading was coming due. The Average volume at close yesterday was 27,000,000
Today 134,236,478 shares traded. FACT

I am not sure how much plainer I can be.

When this stock was up 2 years ago I said it would come down drastically.

In November of 2020 I said the stock would be back in the trips in ONE YEAR -- OK it took 14 months.

I said the GIZMO doesn't work, and its death is through no repeat sales.

Q1 2021 vs Q@ 2022 down 40%

I said the ":NEW SALES INITIATIVE" would fall flat on its ass, ditto above.

YOU told me in the last 5 years.
The Product works and will take the market.
YOU told me the share price will continue to increase.
YOU told me the sales would skyrocket
YOU told me the company would be profitable Q2 2021.

OK so far WHO is right?

Unless you are management, perhaps you should address these concerns with them?

With all the talk lately on the news about Disinformation Czars, it’s nice to see the way you handle the mistruths and squash them like a bug.

This is the definition of Due Diligence, pointing out the facts about BIEL. Everything about BIEL is right out in front where everyone can see it.

But the REFUSAL TO ACCEPT THE TRUTHS AND THE EVIDENCE is quite concerning.
