Viable, yes.

Saleable, no.

The very fact he used a toxic lender tells me ,,JMHO,, that he doesn't intend to keep this company.....Like he is just trying to keep it viable and saleable.

art, Pink sheet companies have no choice but to use toxic financing. This is yet another in the dozens of obvious reasons that should tell anyone why never to invest in a pink sheet. NO reputable financial organization will finance a dollar to these scams. No bank, no hedge fund, no private equity, etc. Those organizations are too smart to get involved here. They have 2 alternatives, toxic financers, and dilution to the public.

Again, he didn't CHOSE to do the toxic financing route, it was the only choice. With that, he can afford all his generous personal "corporate" expenses, and the "rent" on his 5000 sq ft "office" to pay himself!
