If you are talking about the google review, you will notice that management has already reached out to the commenter. Even though it shouldn't happen, sometimes employees miss the mark in customer service. Our town is notoriously bad at customer service. $FUNN

You can find bad reviews on every web site because you can please everyone, If you noticed manger reached it to try a resolve to complaint. That is what is know as good customer relation and good advertisement.
