Talking of waiting for the FDA - may be Coventry accepted payment in the form of shares, rather than cash, for a reason.

Wont be surprise if Koos takes care of the remaining debt in one final payment depending on any FDA related news and the corresponding rise in pps. Considering where the pps currently is, even at 2 cents, the debt can be paid off with fewer shares.
