NOT BS. Read the fins re JV and it being a "VIE". First they say the have a commitment to invest 10m. Then, they say they have a "right" to invest 10m??? Which is correct?? Also, did they even pay up the 10m? If so why didn't the fins confirm that?
FYI, when a POS OTC company like this is in debt for the amount they are with ZERO revenue to support it and pay bills just ends one way. They're DOOMED...GL
