Pick.....what is truly amazing is that not one hedge fund or Bonderman has filed a lawsuit after all these years seeking compensation for their supposed claims for money that is supposedly held by WMIH, now trading as coop....some have said that the money is in Trust, and can't be touched by lawsuits...I believe this is the case here with WMIH...this was a simple chapter 11 restructuring of assets, and the company just continues as it was before chapter 11...only in this case, WMI funded only that portion that was necessary to conclude the restructuring, gave old stockholders shares in the new company and put the remaining assets in a Grantors Trust with WMI as the beneficiary to these assets...Lodas
