I think you can gauge when truly market-important news will come, if it does. By that, I mean news that's relevant to the real world, not just small change pennyheads. That is when an actual news service picks up on it. Not stockday, not Hicks, not any penny trade rag, twitter, etc. I mean mainstream news - AP (from an actual AP journalist), one of the many cable news networks, broadcast networks, magazine shows (60 minutes, etc.).
You can be pretty assured that any news that's released on a podcast or youtube channel is either not meaningful to market, or kicking can down the road, or both. The interviews are done in those venues now because the company doesn't attract nor justify mainstream coverage at this point.
