Before they might have done what you suggested, that is because there was no unblinded data; now things would change with unblinded data known.
De-risk should become a catch word for all investors and potential investors!
We also have no idea how much cash NWBO took in because many if not most could have been converted cashless. Usually the vast majority of these are for cash. Once Linda announces another raise with Fife, the stock will further crater and I think other warrantholders suspect the same which is why they converted and are dumping. Didn't happen last time and I wouldn't think it would happen this time.
