When it relates to XERI, all PR'S are welcomed. any view of the internals is anything but baseless. The press releases have been painting a large picture, this stock is on its way to be a center piece in anyones portfolio.
I can't imagine that XERI would proceed with the uplist (beyond merely indicating their intention to do so with an S-4 filing) unless they had all (or nearly all) the pieces in place to support their efforts.
