everyone wants to sue but I don't think that is the best use of resources at this point. lawsuits are expensive. you most likely won't get any attorney fees awarded. plus, discovery, etc. take a huge amount of time when a small company could better use their time elsewhere. ultimately I'd give it time and see if they correct the info themselves or the good pr following a publication drowns out the false narratives

Too bad NWBO is in the US and that is not how libel laws work here. NWBO would have to prove malice not merely that the information was incorrect and putting it out there hurt NWBO.
