What exactly proof or qualifications you have to say this?

The process may have flaws but it has ensured that products with limited testing like A2-73 did not get approved. Else, we would have seen many Adu approved till date and other countries would not have followed FDA processes.

That explains why the average life span has been going up over most of the last 30 years.
