Musicman 1: I think your logic is spot on. I am curious on what the actual "Patent" covers. Also, they need to determine the warrant to SNNC transfer ratio. For each share owned is a warrant going to be issued for a share of SNNC? Hopefully they do not give us heavily diluted share transfer ratio.
