EGOC, James there are a few paths that Pangbo Group/EGOC can take to uplist to NASDAQ.. I think maybe reading through some of the requirements will answer your question better than me or someone else trying to lay it all out there . The author of this article does an excellent job explaining it. This link is a pretty good explanation .. I personally think that they should be able to get there under a couple of the prerequisites that are ountlined in this article. JMO
