Sorry again Sir... but you are putting (again) words that I did not use. Where did I say "commercial deal"? I used the word "partnering" correct... and "deal" correct also... And I am sure that in order to get where LWLG is at now today... some sort of deals had to be agreed.

And BTW, the company already stated they have foundry partners. How do you get to have partners without agreements or deals?

The "commercial deal" can be legally binding but dependent on results to be derived under NDA.
