They‘re not late. It also takes a lot to go dark. The category „Pink No Info“ no longer exists, since the SEC rule 15c2-11 got enforced. If they qualified as neither „Current“ nor „Limited“, they‘d be tossed to the Expert Market. They didn’t become current and audited to let that happen. Even if they filed an NT, they wouldn’t lose their current standing as a direct result. That being said, it would make a better impression if Kevin proofread his Tweets in the future.
