Wrong. There is no reason to disclose the investigations if the company was not being investigated, PERIOD. The filings are clear on what is being investigated and continual misdirection and spinning will not change the facts. If the investigations were not central to CYDY there would be no need to disclose or mention potential financial impacts or mention the investigations in a CC by the BOD. You keep doing you, but I KNOW THEY ARE UNDER INVESTIGATIONS. I would be happy to place a hefty wager in escrow with all takers. I don’t know if there will be indictments but the FEDS ARE LOOKING.
